Sydney is a Virginia native who has worked with Waynesboro City School's as a one-on-one assistant to student's with special needs. Her experience includes diffusing escalations, preventing elopement, and encouraging kiddos to persevere. She's also had the opportunity to lead larger groups of children with special needs as a substitute teacher. 

 

Her strong problem solving skills and management experience are key to helping Milestones On The Go to run as smoothly as possible.

In Sydney's free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outside, and playing with her kitties.
